Plastiq Named to Forbes 2020 Fintech 50 List

We’re excited to be named today to Forbes’ 2020 Fintech 50 list. The publication highlights the top 50 innovators who are changing how people save, spend and invest. We were selected based on our innovative payments product and strong growth over the past year at a faster pace than our competitors.

We recently launched a new service as part of our drive to optimize business working capital, international payments in local currency. The popular new service enables our customers to wire funds from their credit cards to their suppliers in the recipients’ local currency. Many of our e-commerce customers are now able to pay their suppliers faster and at a lower cost than any of our other competitors. Allowing them to get their orders first-in-line in production, while other businesses struggled to fund their payments through normal banking channels.

Providing international payments in local currency is just one more way that Plastiq is innovating for businesses. And we’re excited that Forbes has recognized our continued commitment to helping businesses grow with our inclusion on the Forbes’ 2020 Fintech 50 list.
